These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Republic of Maldives, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
